“ The title of this seven week workshop drew me to sign up immediately. I was going through some challenges in my personal life and this title gave me hope. Through the first four of the seven weeks, I was very vulnerable,almost always ended up in tears while discussing the challenges with Aya and the other participants in the workshop. Then something shifted within me. There was a shift of consciousness. The language and concepts of non violence became a part of me. I was able to sort out my personal challenges with compassion and grace. I am amazed at this transformation within me and in my relationships. Very grateful to Aya for her work in inspiring us to look beyond what we are conditioned to. Grateful to all the participants who offered me the gift of being seen and heard. ”
