Each class felt like a moment of deep awakening. From learning the antidotes to the four “joy killers,” to sharing power, and to rebuilding trust with others, everything filled me with joy. I learned how to reclaim my own innocence, and I also feel a strong desire to share power with children and empower them.
I especially appreciate Aya’s facilitation—truly in every aspect. What impressed me most was that through every practice and role-play with participants, I was able to learn how to apply Nonviolent Communication in real situations.
